Job Description:
TheraSport Physical Therapy in Delran, NJ offers a state-of-the-art environment for patients and a supportive, growth-oriented workplace for clinicians. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in our Delran, NJ location. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, mentorship-driven culture where clinicians can grow while making a real impact in the community.
Compensation: $35 – $47/hour
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- New Jersey PT license (or license-eligible)
- New grads welcome — structured mentorship program available
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and wellness/fitness strategies
- Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced PTs, aides, and referring providers
- Thrive in a fun, team-oriented work environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Previous outpatient experience a plus (not required)
