Position Details:

• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: Sewell, NJ (Washington Township)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $35 – $47 per hour + bonus potential

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license (or license-eligible)
• New graduates welcome – structured mentorship available
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, aides, and referring providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes
