Liz Downing received her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Rowan University in 2019 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in 2023. She also holds an NCCA Accredited Personal Training Certification. Liz enjoys cooking, going to the beach, and weight training in her free time.
